Notarial appointments are available from 9:00am to 12:00pm Monday to Friday.

The Consulate accepts card payments only.

Please refer to the below guidelines and ensure you have all necessary supporting documents with you before you attend your appointment at the Consulate.

Please note: Damaged, framed or laminated documents are not accepted for certifying as a true copy, as well as for authentication/apostille services.

Privacy Policy

The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade collects, uses and discloses your personal information in accordance with our obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Passports Act 2005 (Cth). The Department also uses a third-party software (Setmore) to manage the Consulate-General’s appointment system. Your personal information will be handled by Setmore in accordance with Setmore’s Privacy Policy and by DFAT in accordance with DFAT’s Privacy Policy.

By proceeding with this booking, you are consenting to the collection of this information by Setmore on DFAT’s behalf for these purposes. If this information is not collected, DFAT’s ability to arrange your appointment will be limited.
